Alternative No fancy equipment Brewing method at Home

What you need?

• – Ground Coffee (Medium Coarse)
• – A Kettle (Electric/ Non-Electric)
• – Brew-able equipment
• – Thermometer (Optional)
• – Scale / Measuring Spoons
• – Liquid measuring Jug (Optional)
• – A spoon
• – Serving Mug

Step 01

– Purchase ground coffee or get your coffee supplier to grind the beans for you.

Step 02

– Measure and take 15g or 1 tablespoon of ground coffee.

Step 03

– Set the electric kettle’s temperature to 92 Celsius degrees or boil a regular kettle of water and keep off stove for 5 accurate minutes.

Step 04

– Get the closest equipment to a brewing gadget and add the measured coffee into it.

Step 05

– Pour in 225g or 225ml of previously heated water (at 92 degrees Celsius ) into the brewing chamber.

Step 06

– Start the timer right before you start contacting your coffee with water and let it brew for 4 minutes. Please note that the complete brewing cycle should be completed within these 4 minutes.

Step 07

– Once the timer reads 4 minutes give your coffee 3 complete stirs and immediately strain to prevent over extracting. You can use a micro strainer or a cheesecloth to complete this step.

Step 07

– This is the easiest step of the whole process, Pour it to your favorite mug and start sipping.

What to avoid,

• – Exceeding 92 degrees Celsius when heating your water
• – Adding coffee more than mentioned in the brew guide
• – Brewing the coffee once the timer reads 4 minutes
• – Constantly stirring
