Maintenance and Training

We have a dedicated technical support team that you can contact for any repairs and maintenance issues. We also offer annual service contracts, and barista training courses.

Yes, we do, we have two National Champion Baristas who can provide the required training for your staff so they can gain the skills and knowledge necessary to work as a skilled barista. Please check out our Coffee Academy page for more information on our Barista Training Courses.

Yes, we have two national champion baristas and experienced restaurateurs on our team who can assist with recipe development and menu creation to suit your business. We can also assist with implementing SOPs related to the beverage counter and overall hygiene standards to ensure a smooth operation.

We deliver island wide. We deliver within 2 working days For all orders within Colombo and suburbs and within 2-5 working days for outstation orders.

To update your contact information, log into your account of www.dfcroasters.co. Once logged in, go to the “Addresses” tab and click the “Edit” and make the relevant change.

Subscription

Customers must be at least 18 years old and reside in SRI LANKA. There is a limit of one “Coffee Subscription Plan” per Member.

Your coffee subscription plan has a fixed cost which will be charged to you through a weekly or monthly fee. This fee is fixed and varies depending on the subscription plan you select.

DFC offers a variety of subscription options tailored to get the coffee you need, when you need it. Subscriptions provide access to exclusive perks and offer the highest possible value compared to standard one-time orders.

If you fail to pay the weekly/monthly fee on the payment date, DFC Roasters (Pvt) Ltd automated system will reattempt again until successful for three consecutive days.

In terms of “coffee only” subscription plans, your subscription will be temporarily suspended after the three failed payment attempts. However, you can reactivate the plan by making the payment again and the subscription plan will restart from the date of payment as a fresh subscription. If DFC Roasters is unable to contact you or assist you in recommencing the plan, the subscription will be removed from the system.

If you wish to terminate your subscription, you may do so by accessing your “My Account” on www.damnfine.co. You will not be entitled to a refund for any monthly fees already paid at the date of termination.

12 months. The subscription could be renewed ever year as required.
